About the program
Through the semester long program, you will be an ambassador to Rouge, promoting Rouge and its services to fellow students. You will be able to gain insight into global sustainability innovation businesses, having the opportunity to connect and work with them. On top of that, you will be able to expand your connections and visions to the growing Asian market. The program grants you the opportunity to head into the world of ESG financing and investing.
By being a student ambassador at Rouge, you will be fast tracked for our Internship Programs, provided reference letters upon satisfactory completion, and gain free license access to our FUTURE Engine. Credit will be given for any shared articles written by you, allowing you to expand and gain more related connections in the field.

Ambassador Work Areas
- Promote the company and FUTURE Engine via methods such as webinars, career events, networking events and social media
- Promote to fellow students about the free license for the FUTURE Engine. Compensation will be given for paid referrals.
- Ambassadors may host webinars, repost our marketing content on social media platforms and also write sharings that we can post onto our social media
- Student ambassadors may also conduct meetups with fellow students to discuss about our platform and answer any questions
- Keep a lookout for and attend events that allow them to promote more
- Look for opportunities to invite Desmond and other sustainability companies c-level executives to webinars as guest speakers
- Come up with new ideas and suggestions to promote better

Eligibility
- Undergraduate students studying in sustainability programs
- Other undergraduate students with strong interests in sustainability are eligible to apply as well
- Undergraduate students with good leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills and a good social media following
- The Student Ambassador Program lasts for at most a semester’s length. Students are allowed to reapply and encouraged to do so.

1/ Do I need to be working full time on this?
No, you do not need to work full time on this. You are welcome to work part time as a co-curricular activity along with your undergraduate studies.
2/ Can I work as a student ambassador if I suspend my studies?
Yes, you are still able to work as a student ambassador as long as you are still a student in the university.
3/ Can I still continue as a student ambassador if I am going on placement / study abroad?
Yes, you are still able to continue as a student ambassador. It is important for us to have students on placement / study abroad working at events, allowing the student outreach to expand.
4/ Will I be able to get a reference once I have finished working as a student ambassador?
Yes, we can provide references upon request.
5/ Is there any training to become an ambassador?
All student ambassadors will be briefed and trained beforehand by our program leader on their job responsibilities
6/ What will my working hours be like?
Work undertaken by student ambassadors is flexible and fits around your studies.
